Shipping & Returns

All orders are handled within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A shipping notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

All shipping options include tracking.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Veins Books is not responsible for these fees, and they are the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Each item is carefully checked and packed before shipping to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once an order has been handed over to the courier and marked as shipped, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not liable for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery occurring during transit.

In the event of shipping delays, lost packages, or other delivery-related issues, no refunds or replacements will be issued by us. The customer is responsible for contacting the courier directly and managing any claims or investigations independently.
